Stanford 10 Testing Notice
Dear Families:
Students in grade 3 or higher will be taking the Stanford Achievement Test, Tenth Edition (SAT-10), during the week of April 21st. The SAT-10 is a norm-referenced achievement test that measures math, reading, and language skills. The results will be sent home for your review after the tests are processed and scored by Pearson Assessments.
Attendance is extremely important during this week. If there is a circumstance that will prevent your child from attending school please contact the school office.
Click here for a guide that gives helpful tips on how you can help your child feel more prepared for the test taking experience. During test week please help your children be at their best by:
- Arriving at school by 8:00 a.m.;
- Getting a minimum of 8 hours of sleep;
- Eating a healthy breakfast;
- Bringing 1 or 2 books they can read;
- Ensuring they are relaxed and free from other worries.
