Family Welcome Meeting and Classroom Orientations

Dear Families,

Our Family Welcome Meeting and Classroom Orientations for the 2022-23 school year are scheduled for the following dates and times:

School-wide Welcome Meeting and Orientation
We are holding a school-wide welcome meeting and orientation on Thursday, September 1, at 6:00 p.m. This is an online meeting that can be joined at https://meet.google.com/hzr-abip-xch.

Classroom Meetings
Our classroom welcome meetings are on Friday, September 2. They are in-person and will be held at the following times and locations:

Bhakti Bhavan (Pre-K / Kindergarten) - 6:30 p.m.
Audarya Bhavan (1st - 3rd grade) - 5:30 p.m.
Madhurya Bhavan (4th - 6th grade) - 6:30 p.m.
Krishna Sharanam (7th - 10th grade) - 5:30 p.m.

These important events will equip you with the information you need as we start the next school year. Attendance is required for families new to Bhaktivedanta Academy and is highly recommended for everyone.

The Bhakti Bhavan classroom meeting is intended only for adults. Please do not bring children to this meeting.

 

Students in grade 1 and above are welcome to attend their class meeting if they can remain in the classroom. Unsupervised children will not be permitted to play outside during this event.

Uniform Pickup
Uniforms are available for pickup on Friday, September 2, from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. from the school library.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new and returning families for the 2022-23 school year. We are honored that you have entrusted your childʼs education with us and are looking forward to the start of school on Tuesday, September 6.
