Stanford 10 Testing Notification
Students in grade 3 and higher will be taking the Stanford Achievement Test, Tenth Edition (SAT-10), during the week of April 17. The SAT-10 is a norm-referenced achievement test that measures math, reading, and language skills. The results will be sent home for your review after the tests are processed and scored by Pearson Assessments.
Attendance is extremely important during this week. If there is a circumstance that will prevent your child from attending school please contact the school office.
During test week please help your children be at their best by:
- Arriving at school by 8:00 a.m.;
- Getting a minimum of 8 hours of sleep;
- Eating a healthy breakfast;
- Bringing 1 or 2 books they can read;
- Ensuring they are relaxed and free from other worries.
To ensure students are well rested and not rushed in the morning, we will not be holding Temple Tuesday on April 18. Students should come directly to school by 8 a.m.
